Back in business

So that was it. The Holiday with the big H. Two weeks of enjoying Swedish spring, friends, family and a lot of partying. It was better than I had dreaded, worse than I had hoped. Got a nice little flue hitting me the first day and then keeping me company for the entire two weeks, leading to a blocked nose, red eyes and nose. Have never felt more attractive in my entire life.
Was great to meet the folks, especially Bob my nephew. He's a real piece of annoying kid, protesting as often as he can and in between being the best little cuddly sweetheart in the world. The clock says tic tac quite often now but I guess that seeing Bob made me recover a bit and keeping it off for the next few years.
Went up to Stockholm with my sis, Jorgen and Bob and was spending some time together with Gabriel on Sunday night when I got up. Had my hopes up to go out on a motorcycle trip with him the next day but it was too cold so we just stayed in, relaxing and watching tv. The day after I wanted to go out and do something but he was too tired so after lunch I went to meet up with some friends. I feel I have been rather efficient at visiting my friends, but still feel guilty for some that I should have called. That's how it is though. Life as an expat.

Have seen some pictures from the last party I went to in Sweden and realised that I need to drop some weight. That double chin needs to go. And quickly. Urghhhh....

Noup, am leaving the office early today. Am bloody tired after the weekend and the fact that I was out last night (as you can see from the pics below). Best thing is that I am getting a lift with Vaclav so I don't have to do any unnecessary exercise. And well...the loosing of weight...let's start tomorrow.

A bit scary, isn't it?
